HostPapa I created a new account and domain for one year and business web hosting. I got an email saying that I need to make a payment at the secure billing site. how do I do this and what do I need to do next to start building a webpage?

You need to make your payment, and then they will give you access to your cpanel and other options.
The email should give you the link to the billing.

Hope you have received the email with your account information. If you have associated any domain with that account then you can go to yourdomain.com/cpanel – it will take your to control panel
Also there would be instruction on how to access your control panel. On control panel you can install scripts, upload files, create email etc.

You need to visit https://secure.hostgator.com/~billing/ and login there, you will find the pending invoice which you need to pay using credit card or paypal.
