HostPapa I have an account with Host Gator, for one site.
I want to have another site on the web, totally independent with it’s own IP address etc.
Should I buy another package separately on Host Gator (I like this host) or should I change to a reseller package with the same account.
Will I get an independent ip for my new site, and a new public folder in which to upload all my files through filezilla?
If I buy another monthly hosting package separately for my new site, can I use the same email address I used to get sent my info for the first account?

In most cases it’s possible if you on baby plan or higher. But why to pay if you can get all this for free. I was sing hostgator for years but than moved to http://www.1freehosting.com/ and i’m happy that all my website has more power than i was on paid hostgator hosting! So why to pay if you get it free?
